AITipsNewsletter is a subscription-based newsletter service that delivers curated AI tips, news, and insights to subscribers via email. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with different levels of access and features.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

AITipsNewsletter offers a paid subscription at $1.25/month (billed monthly) or $13.75/year (billed annually, equivalent to 11 months — 1 month free). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Free Tier

A free subscription tier is available with limited features, including sponsored partner offers and deals. Free tier subscribers may receive promotional content from our partners. By subscribing to the free tier, you consent to receiving such sponsored content as part of the Service.

6. Email Communications

By subscribing to AITipsNewsletter, you consent to receive email communications from us, including newsletter issues, account notifications, and service updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your account preferences. Transactional emails related to your account and subscription cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published in AITipsNewsletter, including text, graphics, logos, and compilations, is the exclusive property of AITipsNewsletter or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of newsletter content for reference purposes is permitted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) share, resell, or redistribute newsletter content without authorization; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (e) use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the Service; or (f) impersonate any person or entity.

AITipsNewsletter does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Newsletter content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AITipsNewsletter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to your registered address or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law
